Immigration consultation and strategy development

The initial consultation and strategy development stage is a crucial part of the immigration process. During this phase, we take the time to understand the unique needs and objectives of our clients. We conduct a thorough assessment of their eligibility and provide guidance on the immigration programs available to them. We also provide a detailed roadmap of the application process, including timelines, costs, and any potential obstacles or challenges that may arise. Through this consultation and strategy development, our clients are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed decisions about their immigration options and achieve their immigration goals.

Document review and preparation

The immigration application process requires the submission of numerous documents, including application forms, supporting documents, and letters of explanation. We help clients prepare and review these documents to ensure they meet the specific requirements of the immigration program they are applying for. We also provide guidance on how to obtain necessary documents, such as police certificates or medical exams. By ensuring that all documentation is in order and meets the requirements of the relevant immigration program, we help clients avoid delays and complications in the application process.

Navigating the Canadian immigration system can be complex and confusing, especially for those who are unfamiliar with the process. We act as a liaison between our clients and the relevant government agencies to ensure that all necessary information is submitted accurately and on time. This includes communicating with IRCC, CBSA, and IRB on behalf of our clients, as well as providing updates and responses to any inquiries or requests from these agencies. By managing communication with government agencies, we help clients avoid potential errors or miscommunications that can negatively impact their application.

Representation at immigration interviews and hearings

For some immigration applications, such as refugee claims, sponsorship interviews, or citizenship tests, clients may be required to attend interviews or hearings with immigration officials. we provide representation and advocacy services for clients in these situations, preparing them for the interview or hearing and ensuring they are aware of their legal rights and responsibilities. We also attend the interview or hearing with the client to provide support and guidance.

Immigration compliance and enforcement

Once clients have obtained their immigration status, or approval, it is important to ensure they remain in compliance with Canadian immigration law. We provide guidance on reporting requirements, renewals, and maintaining legal status, as well as responding to enforcement actions such as removal orders, detentions, or admissibility hearings. By helping clients remain in compliance with Canadian immigration law, we ensure they are able to maintain their status and avoid potential negative consequences.
